Apple Pie!

I made an apple pie AND it was good! I have really been in the baking mood lately. So when we got a bunch of apples from Trent's granparents tree I turned to my favorite cookbook (The Food Nanny Rescues Dinner by Liz Edmunds) and found a great apple pie recipe! It was delicious! It even looked good and I am making it again tonight. There is nothing like warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream! Yum!
