We had a great time in Jackson! The trip was a bit short, but it is always fun to be there. Trent was not able to qualify this year, but still did a great job. He felt his sled was not running the how it should and he made a couple mistakes that cost him. It was hard for him not to qualify since he took 3rd last year, but it did make him realize that he really misses racing. Maybe he will have to do it again next year. He really does love it.
Harper and I had a fun time watching. It was a nice day on Friday and we were able to play and hang out with the Woodards. Harper even got a new snowmobile toy that he loves! We knew it wouldn't last the weekend without losing some parts since these things are not built to last, but he enjoyed it without a mudflap and windshield just as much. We had a really fun weekend.
Harper got to shoot the t-shirt gun! He went to ask them for a shirt and they let him shoot it instead. He loved it.
P.S. We did miss our friends and family that usually come with us, wish you all could have been there.

We wished we could have been there with you. It is always a great time and good company. If Trent races next year, we will be there.
